  • Another advantage is convenience which means not only will it be easier to search for archives but data entry work in the future will be far more efficient and faster.
  • Another advantage will be that it will be eco-friendly as it takes a year to cut down a tree but it takes years to grow.

  •  The disadvantages are that there is human error such as not every is experts at tecnologly and there is a chance that somone could send the wrong data.
  • Another disadvantage is automation which means that if you want to achieve a 100% paperless office you have  to you must have all systems automated flawlessly and this can cost money and time.
  • Another disadvantages is bugs and breakdowns which means going paperless means keeping all records on electronically which comes with an IT departments biggest nightmare concerning software and hardware issues which can disrupt work.
The social impacts are that if you spend all your time staring at a screen you may damage your eyesight or even go blind. Another problem is that you may beome a hermet and if you spend all of your time indoors you lose contact with the world and you also lose contact with friends and family. your socilizing skills also get werse because you are always talking to people on a screen and not to them in person. it is good because you can keep intouch with people alot easier and you can also update your staus by adding pictures or telling people how you feel. Another good thing is that if you want to tell people about a party or event you can easily spread the message which makes life alot easier.
